***Official*** India in Australia 2014-5

Btw it's interesting how they showed this to be a shared session. Definitely Australia's imo. Didn't get bowled out and added 60 more crucial runs. Almost have eliminated a chance of losing, unless India go berserk.

Nah, once again India showed that they're unable to take 20 wickets to set up the game and whoever couldn't take 20 wickets simply don't deserve to win tests. Simple as that.

That run out makes my day. Even better that it was Kohli who did it.

Now if Rhino could polish the day off by uprooting the middle stumps of Kohli and Dhawan while Vijay and Rahane spank Johnson that would be swell.

And so have India significantly reduced their chances of going down 3-0 and ultimately another 4-0. From here on, the series could end with a more respectable score-line from Indian point of view. Plus they'd finally their 5 match losing streak, and will feel that Australia were afraid to declare and so will get a chance gloat about how they were a more aggressive side than Australia :p

I thought India came here to win a series and not to prevent a 4-0 whitewash? One can say truckloads about how Australia was supposedly 'scared' of India (I thing being wise these days is seen as being afraid), but at the end of the day India were unable to clean up the tail take 20 wickets and it has cost them every game of the series.

Be an interesting learning curve here for India's younger players. Realistically they can't cahse it down barring Australia losing a couple of bowlers (could happen), so how they adapt to batting a bit of time will be interesting. It's something Australia just can't do atm.
