Its why I hate Ishant. He gives us these glorious moments, these glimpses of what a skillful, quick, hostile bowler he can be. Has these amazing spells and looks in such great rhythm...pace, bounce, movement, all of it back by wonderful accuracy...and each it makes you feel that maybe now, just maybe, after all these years and all these spells that he has finally worked out how to bowl, that now that he has got it right it will be permanent, that he has finally come good...and then he procedes to bowl half volleys that get slapped over long on by Mitchell ****ing Stark and ends up with figures of 3/128 or some ****.

He raises your hopes only to dash them back to the ground, shattering a little bit of your spirit each time.

I ****ing hate Ishant Sharma.
This is what makes me love him .

As much as I love watching strokemakers flay the ball all over the park, it's great to see a grafter like Rogers stabilise a potentially vulnerable situation on a tough deck. Not without his fair share of shots too.

Got both on show here given his strike rate.
