No need for Jordan when we get to bop Anderson around!
ooops

I thought the reason why Anderson wasn't bowling well a few months ago was because he was bowling too much.
Well if you have a few months off you need a chance to get some form back and this is his first proper game. Not a bad return.

Interesting development with Finn bowling well. Will be a real handy asset for England in the WC if this keeps up
Like one of FF's marriages. It'll never last.

Bell denied a ton by India's ineptness.

Hope he has a good world cup, be one of the best players to watch in it if he gets runs.

Great performance. 3rd non event game though in a row.

Man when England thrash India they seriously do it hard don't they? I have lost count of the amount of times they have outright embarrassed India this decade.

They were just baffled it was Kholi that was non-hostile. That is an unique event. Think it was Bumble that brought up or put the conversation towards Finn's politeness too.

You are being very harsh on them. I watched the whole test series with Aus commentary and dudes like Mark Taylor and Ian Chappel were always going on and on about how they are not liking the sledging and how referees should step in and blah blah blah. It was to a very obnoxious extent actually.

So much so that it made wish they would just STFU about it already and that I might have mute the volume to stop listening to this.
Fair point on Kohli. It was Taylor that started the Finn conversation, however.

And you make fair points. It's more because I live in Australia, and I'm consistently amazed/annoyed/disgusted at varying times by the acceptance and promotion of Warner et al's behaviour.

Result was never in doubt though during the chase. Not like it was a tense finish.
Woah. Struggling to believe someone who watched the game didn't consider it a tense finish.

It seemed completely over at one point but India really did come back into it. It wasn't a foregone conclusion at all towards the very end.

Looked a genuine teaser scripted by the Aussies. The result was never in doubt with Faulkner to come or when he was at the crease.

A win is so much better when opposition fans get too big for their boots. ****ing taste it.

Reckon England are India's bogey side tbh.

I reckon if Maxwell didn't get those big hits off Ashwin when he did they could have been in trouble. Apart from that I never thought Australia wouldn't win unless there were some extreme level choking.

You played well today, but 1 win today doesn't make you our bogey side, we creamed England 3-1 in the Odis last summer in a England.
