Wouldn't it be weird if Scotland advanced to the WC over not only the WI, but both associates recently given test status, Ireland and Afghanistan. Wouldn't that look silly

Sharif and Wheal have been very impressive this tournament.

I believe Scotland cricket started a central contract system recently and they quietly confident that their cricket is growing. You can see it is with a fairly young team.

Interesting stage. 16 overs to go and plenty of firepower left for Windies. Marlon did a decent job to keep them in this. I have a feeling we could have rolled them for less than 150 if the middle order was in against the new ball.

Don't underestimate WI pace attack. If they can tame Coetzer early, 190-200 will look like a huge ask for Scots batting.
