Yuvi is a great player, but i never felt he was as threatening to Pak as Sehwag, Tendulkar or Gambhir and Dhoni........Irfan Pathan had a psychological edge over Pak batsmen in the bowling department, right now, both the Indian strike bowlers, Nehra and Ishant dont have that edge...except may be RP Singh......I think the main loss of India is Sehwag not playing much more then Yuvi......and certainly i think Irfan should have been put in to the team....

It will be a great contest nevertheless.... i still feel India is a better team, if they play to their potential Pak will have problems winning.....


At the same time.....we have lost the first wicket...........see what i mean when i say, swap Alam with Nazir...i think Nazir too wild of an animal to be openning.....

Tonge looks to have something about him. Don't think he's gonna ever be a world beater, but he hits the seam and bowls briskly enough.

& Tino cracks 90mph as I type. Windies 2nd/3rd/4th/5th string bowling clearly rather better than their batting.

BTW, that was bitch move on the groundsmen part, prepared another green top for Pak's game...same thing that happened in 2007 against Ireland...Pak played on green top.....looking at the pics on cricinfo seems like a fair bit of grass on the pitch.......
