Didn't you realise that Clarke reversed the batting order??It does not look likely now, Clarke just got out for nothing and the back of the Australian innings is broken with Rogers and Haddin seemingly the only hope and Rogers has done nothing so far as a test player. England not very impressive but the old weakness in the Aussie batting has been exposed. I think England have this one in the bag already, signs not too great for upcoming series against South Africa, with our fragile batting line up our bowlers will have to carry the team over there.
matchfixing? This one is a fair bit worse IMO
Yeah but we are only 3 down, I don't we've seen enough to conclude that any 'underlying problems' are back or whatever, give the rest of the batsmen a chance before you make a judgementSorry mate, it is just that there are deep scars from the last 8 years and I just said it how I saw it. You really should expect more than 70 in their 2nd dig,,, they should get 140 at least, if they do then Australia maybe will need 300 in the 4th innings to win. I wasn't trying to taunt anyone except the Aussies in the hope that it might sting them into batting better.
yeah I didn't understand why the commentators weren't criticising him for it. Yeah, it seamed a touch but it was nowhere near full enough to be driving.Has to be said. **** me Watson is dumb. What kind of shot is that to play just before Lunch.
Plays like a little kid
Worked beautifully too.Monty employing the rank full toss to Rogers tactic
As a top order batsmen Watson gets caught far too often going for his booming drives. Needs to leave more especially with lunch one over awayyeah I didn't understand why the commentators weren't criticising him for it. Yeah, it seamed a touch but it was nowhere near full enough to be driving.
Got slated on the Sky feed. "Looks like a shot you play to a throwdown."yeah I didn't understand why the commentators weren't criticising him for it. Yeah, it seamed a touch but it was nowhere near full enough to be driving.
