Of course though the comms and Invers will only remember that first ball and he'll be talked about as if he was bowling like that every ball, its been the same for so long and its exactly why he will never be a consistently successful test bowler.

It's amazing how badly Oz bowled to him in 10/11. They seemed to be wedded to a theory that he was vulnerable to the ball pitched short and wide of off stump, and the leg stump half volley.

I agree. England played great cricket last time they were here, but the Aussie bowling for most of that series was bloody ordinary.
