I would put in a rule to ban walking. Too close to cheating for my liking, particularly with all the betting scandals around.I've never seen anyone walk for an LBW in the history of cricket, and I doubt it's ever gonna happen unless someone is hit on the full on the toe.
It serves England right for using it for the 50/50 LBW yesterday which was only used out of frustration. You gotta keep them until there's one that is blatantly wrong, which is why the system was brought in.

Don't pretend you weren't serious about him walking for the LBW mate!

Thought it was fairly clear. Player must stay at the wicket until the umpire gives him permission to go.
Was just thinking the sameAm liking Anderson's body language after things don't go well. Used to throw toys out of the cot, now gives a wry smile and carries on.
tbf I wasn't alive then.Richie Richardson did in an ODI at the MCG in the early 80s.
It was back when the pitch was crazy low and slow. He went to pull one.. Hit him on the ankle in front of middle. He just walked off. See it sometimes on World Series classics. Piss funny tbh.
That off drive look allright, ****?This is Haddin in very good form? How awful does he look when he's in bad nick?
Have really been expecting his shoulders to slump and to start bowling his typical dross. Have been very impressed with his attitude actually.Am liking Anderson's body language after things don't go well. Used to throw toys out of the cot, now gives a wry smile and carries on.
Dunno. Next thing they'll be calling for a powerplay or a free hit. ODI rules :/What's with these 2 umpires and wides,in both innings they've called dodgy wides.
He's very close to the edge at the moment (and understandably so). Will be interesting to see how he responds.Am liking Anderson's body language after things don't go well. Used to throw toys out of the cot, now gives a wry smile and carries on.
Nah that's a shocking idea. What's wrong with people walking if they know they are out and the umpire doesn't give them? Has there ever been any evidence of someone walking when they haven't been out due to match fixing? A good case of 'If it aint broke, it doesn't need fixing.Thought it was fairly clear. Player must stay at the wicket until the umpire gives him permission to go.
So you wouldn't want to see amazing sportsmanship like this?I would put in a rule to ban walking. Too close to cheating for my liking, particularly with all the betting scandals around.
