To any of our Indian posters, how does one pronounce Dravid?

Blowers keeps pronouncing it Draveed, but it sounds kind of wrong.
The 'Dra' is like how you would pronouce Bra. 'Vid' is how you would pronounce the 'vid' in video.

Broad too good, right from his first ball, you could see from the length, he was going to cause trouble.

Chopped on against Broad twice in a match - you'd feel pretty ****.
Not if you have a technique that exacerbates the problem as Mukund does. Fletcher needs to sit down with him and work on the way his bat comes down. Right now his bat comes down at a 45 degree angle and this type of dismissal is going to occur quite frequently over the course of his playing career.

Mukund to go LBW/Bowled in this match to Anderson of a bowl swinging into him.
Needs to improve his trigger movement early on when his feet sometimes don't move forward. Gambhir had the same issue a while ago, but has improved a lot since then.
Ah! Well got the bowler wrong, but close enough.

No coincidence on those inside edges. Broad is getting it to swing back in to the left-hander, and Mukund does seem to have the odd technical issue against pace.

Get one of these back in the hutch tonight and I'm happy. Both and I'm ecstatic.

Pop quiz time: of non-England players who've played at least 10 innings in England only two average more than Dravid*. Without recourse to cricinfo name them.

*Question courtesy of today's Observer.

As an added bonus he's fifth overall, name the two Poms with higher averages too.
