Agreed, at times Fulham, Brighton and Bournemouth have had good/great runs and shocked the so called big sides often. Palace and Everton too in the 2nd half of the season, forget their first halves. My take on the EPL this season, is that although some of the prospective challengers for the title apart from Liverpool have been a little disappointing compared to where they might have been, I would say that some of the smaller clubs between Forest down to Palace in 12th have been really impressive in terms of the quality that they have shown at various times. Many of those sides have been far from pushovers and have run the bigger teams close in a way they haven't done for some time.
Last season's 8th place finish was the lowest for Man Utd in the PL era. They're gonna sweep that record with ease this season.I know they're a fair way of it points-wise, but the fact that Man Utd and Spurs are both (seemingly) going to finish the season barely above the relegation zone (and potentially below Everton, of all teams) truly is heart-warming.
It's a shame the bottom 3 have been so shite because Man Utd being in a relegation battle would be ****ing funny.I know they're a fair way of it points-wise, but the fact that Man Utd and Spurs are both (seemingly) going to finish the season barely above the relegation zone (and potentially below Everton, of all teams) truly is heart-warming.
Fulham came to us in 2008 needing a win to stay up when we had nothing to play for….they did!!My lot down bar the shouting. Need @Molehill 's lot to roll over for us next week, but we're so **** we probably wouldn't win even if they did.
That's what I wanted to hear! Now if only we could score from open play...Fulham came to us in 2008 needing a win to stay up when we had nothing to play for….they did!!
A mate from Preston is hoping we do them a favour too. I’d fancy Hull’s chances, this lot are already in Ibiza.
As much as I would rather Athletic win it them both playing a Europa league final to save their season will actually be hilarious.I know they're a fair way of it points-wise, but the fact that Man Utd and Spurs are both (seemingly) going to finish the season barely above the relegation zone (and potentially below Everton, of all teams) truly is heart-warming.
There’s 92 League Clubs in England, 20 in the Premier League, so why did you choose Liverpool? And why are you so passionate about them?Mate, you forgot you can only be a 'fan' if you were born there.
Great uncle once went to Liverpool for a day. There’s 92 League Clubs in England, 20 in the Premier League, so why did you choose Liverpool? And why are you so passionate about them?
