It's just not the done thing for the media to single out particular clubs as being followed by scum.

Chelsea are pretty unloved anyway. But I remember moving to England and being really surprised to hear about what West Ham fans were like. The media representation of that club is light years away from most fan experiences of it.
Leeds and Millwall fans would disagree. Not that their fans are angels by any stretch of the imagination.

So Man Utd are going to finish outside the top 4 and win sod all, which is what would have happened anyway. The difference now is they have another manager to pay off when they're in no-man's-land 15 games into next season. It's almost poetic. Mind you, the last time I posted in this thread 18 months or so ago I said I didn't think Klopp would make Liverpool genuine contenders for the big two trophies - so I could be wrong. :)

Karma is a bitch.

I love the fact that Ipswich are down, they poached our manager from us and he had cleared his desk before the play off final which was our biggest match in over 10 years then he came back a week before the season and put a derisory bid in for our two best players who then both put in transfer requests. We eventually got more than double what they offered and for the 2 players and compensation for the management team we got nearly £3m which isn't to be sniffed at. There are ways to go about leaving a club but they failed miserably, seeing Hurst fail and get sacked was funny and seeing Ipswich go down after the way Evans their chairman acted is beautiful. Even better that Norwich who loaned us Ben Godfrey and a couple of others last season are going up to the Premier League in style.

35 years ago today I was watching Plymouth Argyle (yes Plymouth Argyle, this is not a typing error) play in a FA Cup semi-final. Not overly interesting admittedly...……

Never thought there would be a day I'm cheering for both a City and a Liverpool win. What has become of the world?

Nah, need Chelsea to drop as many points as possible, think Spurs run in is too soft to hope of catching them, so any bonuses in the run for 4th are greatly needed.

I'll sacrifice Liverpool dropping points for that, purely because City still have a nose in front. Just have to pray either Colin or Rafa does them

Actually scrap that, forgot Spurs have City in the league too. I'll change it to a draw in the second game. With lots of injuries.

City. They've already got a couple under their belt so it's no massive loss to hear them talk about another. Watching Liverpool fans give 30 years of 'It's our year' is one of the few highlights left in the sport.

City can absolutely get ****ed over winning the CL though, Scousers can have that for the same reason as above.

Yeah would prefer City to win the league and it isn't even close.

If they win everything else domestically then I would prefer Liverpool to win the European Cup. Otherwise would prefer City to win that too, although a lot less arsed about that tbf.
