Scholes is a fud. How the **** he gets a gig in punditry is beyond me.

Roma v Barcelona tomorrow is just far too tempting. This goals show they've got on BT/ESPN is quality.

Real Madrd were paying $4.65 to win either 3-0, 4-0, or 5-0. No 2 minute noodles for me today.

We weren't terrible until the last 20 minutes. TBH I'm not bothered at all about the result or performance after what happened to Shaw.

I didn't think either of the Manchester clubs were particularly bad tonight. Another day they'd have both got wins.

Of course no one's gonna let that get in the way of having a national inquest in the media.

Worst first half I've seen from Tranmere maybe ever.

Fortunately we came out all guns blazing and I left wondering how we didn't win. They went down to ten men and from there somehow we never threatened as much.

Four unbeaten. Just a shame three of them were draws.

Double leg fracture for Shaw. Can only imagine how painful that must be. He had been playing so well. They are saying about a 9 month recovery time.

Well a major championship isn't complete for England without the press praying for a star player to overcome a leg injury in time.

Meanwhile Kieran Gibbs is currently promising the kids they'll go Disneyland in 2017 to make up for their summer at home - provided the Arsenal physios don't get their hands on him of course.

People talk about the Europa League Thursday to Sunday thing, but I can't think of much worse than a trip to Croatia on the Wednesday night and then a game at Stamford Bridge on the Saturday morning. No surprise we made six changes (Ramsey and Bellerin didn't travel) and Chelsea made four.
