I think you could make the argument that defensively there isn't a great deal between them tbh.Poor Liverpool. Before the game, I'd have happily seen them win by 6 against my lot as I'd like them to win it. Which is probably unfair to Man City, whose manager and players are as likeable as you could possibly expect at this level, but that's another matter. In the end though, you can't feel sorry for a team that can't defend a 3 goal lead in the last 15 minutes against a side who have managed as few goals from open play as Palace.
Reminds me a bit of Newcastle in 1996. Lovely side to watch, but lost a crucial game at home when they were flying and then had that 4-3 loss at Anfield, Obviously Rogers is way more tactically aware than Keegan. I think.
