I think you will be ok mate. Notts County and Carlisle going down for me. I think we will do you a favour as well, we play both of them in the run in. Reckon we will draw at Carlisle and that will be their only point from their last 4. Notts County can't see them getting more than 4 points from their last 3 and we play them on the last day.

I have always thought cricket is the greatest game but no sport can match the emotions that football can bring. I know every set of fans think they are special but we deserved that after last year.

Didn't see this earlier. Defending hasn't been bad this year at all, in fact I'm pretty sure I'm right in saying this season has the lowest goals per game since 2009. It's just Liverpool and to a lesser extent City throwing out people's perceptions.

Defenders just very rarely feature when discussing best players of the season/best players in the world.

Edit: I think people just struggle to rate defenders in general. If you asked everyone on hear who the best defender in the league is I bet you'd get loads of results.

Defending is just so dependent on teamwork that you can't isolate the quality of one player very well.

There's also the fact that the fact that someone like Koscielny was involved in conceding 6 against Chelsea and Coty and 5 against Liverpool but the games where Yaya or Suarez went missing are generslly less noticeable and detrimental.

Hard to really care about individual awards, or take them particularly seriously, unless there's a chance of them going to a player you particularly like imo. In the UK at least they invariably go to the player who's scored the most goals/scored the most goals in big games and/or in front of the camera/is English and has done moderately well.

Hard to tell on my TV but it more or less looked like he decided to randomly fall over the box and the ref decided that was enough.

EDIT: Then Cardiff get one back (though this one a bit more obvious) followed by an airswing from about two metres out. Solid entertainment all round.

Cardiff running out of games, Sunderland and Newcastle away and then Chelsea at home. Would think they have to get 4 points away from home or they will go. Think Fulham will get a win in one of their home games. Norwich will be happy that a game goes by and neither of the sides who can catch them won, if they fluke a win in their last 4 games that should keep them up.

Oh and a real shame Chelsea don't have one of the best GKs in one of the best Teams in Europe to replace Cech.
