Couldn't Arsenal potentially take legal action on Liverpool?

I think it's being misread in a way. The FA checked the contract and made a ruling on the validity of the clause according to Tony Barrett. What Henry probably means is that there was some kind of loose agreement but that they were willing to go to court over it and challenge it.

TBF my description was pretty much just of Derby's ground and surrounding area. Starbucks and all. I'm not averse to a starbucks on a motorway service station or whatever but on a football ground? Please
