*Official* English Football Season 2011-12

Very strong choice I think. Hope this doesn't mean he's going to stop being a pundit on Sky though.
I would hope the same but I would assume that an international coach wouldn't actually be doing much when the domestic season is underway.

Neville being on the ball with regards to what's happening in English football can only be a good thing for Hodgson and his backroom staff in any case.

Probably keeping tabs on the players and watching a lot of games. Basically he'll be getting 2 wages for doing what he does now. Smart boy our Neviller

Well we know that, he's already robbed a living as a pro footballer for 18 odd years:ph34r:

So doesn't look like Stevenage will make it to Division 2. Means that no team that have been promoted to the second tier, that have come up from the conference since hey started doing automatic promotion fron non-league, that weren't relegated by the same way.

Slightly convoluted that, I'll admit, but is interesting that the teams seem to stall when they have little history, crowds are generally poor too. Crawley may change that next year, but everyone said Rushden would do it a few years back, with their money. Hopefully the same thing happens to the creepies.

Should be an intense final now.

Onya Carlos.
Really, you think sticking something like that on a sign is a clever thing to do? Sure they have their beef n all, and I know the reason why he put that, still totally classless.

Doesnt really matter, he'll have another hissy fit in 6 months and will be gone again.

Haha, finally he becomes touchy after a year of pretending to be gracious.

In any case, I was being sarcastic. Though I don't think you would've picked up on that as I feel the way I would have said it in person is a more culturally Australian thing. I've noticed that after working with Brits for a year now, they tend to not pick up on the little things like that. Similar barriers exist the opposite way as well obviously.

Yeah sarcasm doesnt translate too well into the written word, been a victim of my own rapier wit on too many occasions for that reason.

Probably would be slightly less touchy if it was on the other foot, but TBH, done well for that to be the only thing to wind me up over the last few days.

Does seem a bit of a silly gesture though, plenty of other ways to stick two fingers up at us lot. Waiting for Mario to hit the city over the next few days, could be fun! Can just imagine him arsing about in San Carlo (doubt he'd be allowed in Rosso!) with his winners medal on all night.

Defo cheering Bayern on in the CL final now, kinda appreciate what they must've felt back in 99......

Yup, Tevez is a prick all right. Not that AF is covering himself with glory with his relentlessly sour outpourings about City over the last day and a half.

What's he been saying?

Sounded almost graceful on Sunday
Didn't last long after his opening comment about the top team deserving to win the title. Went straight into MC needing 100 years to match their record, how they needed 30 mins against 10 men and 5 minutes of added time (surely not!) to beat QPR. Yesterday he was banging on about how they'll be sending silly money over the summer.
