"In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king"I dunno about that. Being an ordinary bloke from Liverpool is surely much worse than an ordinary bloke from anywhere else
Aye, my dad rang me and asked me how we'd got on. He didn't believe me haha! Some result for Tranmere today eh.
Plus Halifax, Hornchurch, Telford, Scarborough, Hayes (after the merger with Yeading)... also, for factuals, Newport County are back in the Conference National, just one step from a return to the football league - particularly as they're currently in the playoffs.More recently Jester, as well
This is like the 2006/7 Ashes, isn't it?As for Scott Hiley's hat trick against Reading - I have no recollection of such an event
What are you on about? This is like the 2006/7 Ashes, isn't it?
Nah, the media would like to think its self-appointed talking heads have a lot of power per se, but unless you're the owner of a talented pet, someone who plays the spoons or an ageing celeb who wants a nice, cushy hagiographic documentary made, the power Morgan exerts is the square root of **** all.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...eedy-demands-spell-end-Sir-Alex-Ferguson.html
Piers Morgan is a tool but he has infinitely more power than Fergie these days so it'll be interesting to see how the latter reacts
Nah never did. Should be sold though.I wonder if Roseboy still hopes that Rooney will top himself.
Ferguson's already said he'll buy to replace them. Money's there.Nah, the media would like to think its self-appointed talking heads have a lot of power per se, but unless you're the owner of a talented pet, someone who plays the spoons or an ageing celeb who wants a nice, cushy hagiographic documentary made, the power Morgan exerts is the square root of **** all.
However, he does make some valid points; that SirAlex and Rooney are both ****s is a pretty uncontroversial assessment. However I do take issue with two points: Scholes & Giggs won't be gone next year (Neville might be, although he's a much, much lesser talent in any event), because the money isn't there to replace them with anything of vaguely comparable class; & ManUre's current straits isn't all Ferguson's fault. He knows the end is close and the Glazers will almost certainly be in charge for the remainder of his reign. He has no choice but to suck it up and work with them.
We shall see.Ferguson's already said he'll buy to replace them. Money's there.
Gonna be up against it now mate, could have been even worse had the penalty gone in. Always going to be a struggle as soon as Boyata mis-timed his tackle and saw red. Still, keeping fingers crossed for a remarkable comeback in the second half.Had $20 on Man City. Listened to my mate who said they were value.
