Hope they will change their mind on that come the summer.
What a player, Arsenal so many injuries of course but very few sides could beat Barca over two legs, Inter probably got the best chance but still cannot see it.
Wish Arsenal had someone better up front though, Bendnter did well for his goal but wish they had someone like Torres up front.

I wouldn't go that far, but the gap between the sides would be reduced significantly if he was not in the team, not one of their other players looked at all threatening for the duration of the match. But you could make the same argument for Barcelona vs anybody, and the bottom line is, Messi is a part of that team, and they are a great side by virtue of that fact.

"Dicking them" might be a bit far but without Messi I'd really fancy our chances. The fact almost the entiew spine of our team were out injured didn't help.

Haha do we even have a game at the weekend? The Arsenal website says our next match is midweek at Spurs in about a weeks time. That's going to be a fiery one for sure, both teams will be going hell for leather in that one.

Postponed because of the FA Cup iirc. Which means Arsenal will have a full week to rest up, which they obviously could do with, the entire side looked knackered after about 60-70 minutes today, perhaps unsurprising given who they were playing against.

Am looking forward to tomorrow night's game tbh. No Rooney will make this a tall order for Utd, or at least it could do potentially. Wouldn't surprise me to see Bayern implode as they've done nothing to suggest to me that they aren't totally arse, but if Ribery is on his game...reckon they could get a result. Hope they do as well, would be hilarious. Hope Benfica see off Liverpool on Thursday as well, that would be massively entertaining as well.
Really hope it happens, could not stand it if United win the champions league, my dislike for them has strangely come back recently.
Would be good for European league to have some of the less fashionable and financially better regulated countries in Germany and France get a spot in the final.
Was also getting a little fed up of the glorification of the Premiership.

Coincidence that Gary Neville has recently returned to the side? I think not! That certainly gives a good account of my feelings anyway. Cannot stand Gary Neville.
Yeah he plays a factor no doubt, nasty little rat.
Ronaldo leaving as well plays a factor think, he may be universally hated but I always loved him and Tevez leaving as well.
Also the fact that they are not competing against Liverpool for the title, my hatred for Liverpool has almost gone now because they are just too funny to hate now.

Yeah, I'd go along with this as well. Though I think I now like Rooney more as a result, but the rest of the team less. They became a lot less likeable for Tevez leaving as well I think.
