Haa..the same way after all these years we had to set you & Matteh off in off-topic because you two didn't have a proper grasp off the rather tricky concept of the sport "cricket"?
Look, you don't know the difference between something being on sale and something going on sale and because of that, you really should just shut up.

Haa no dumb dumb i have never heard of tickets (when refering to matches @ Old Trafford) for major matches going on or sale or either being on sale. The prices always go up for such games...

If the things go different @ the City of Manchester Stadium thats great, but i dont know since i've never been to the stadium for a football game. So you should really STFU since like brother Marc you dont not know what you are talking about.

You two should have left this discussion to Manchester people like myself & cpr..

It has nothing to do with being from Manchester the fact you can't comprehend the fact that you don't understand what Marc said.

Something going on sale doesn't mean the same as something being on sale and repeatedly you've missed the meaning which most 5 year olds would understand.

No dumb dumb, i understood clearly what marc was saying i was rather questioning his response when he suggested that i could potentially buy tickets for major games @ OT when they "go on sale", since that NEVER happends. Do you understand this??

Yes it has everything to do with being from Manchester since everyone up here including the 5 year olds knows this..

Haa i think you are the one confused here. If they are two commercials:

- "Tickets for United vs Arsenal on Jan 31st at OT are going on sale from the Jan 25-29"

- "Tickets for United vs Arsenal on Jan 31st at OT are on sale today Jan 22th only.

Two different things, I was refering to & questioning the first notion since that never happens. So i dont understand where all the confusion is coming from.

OT possibly sell tickets for games againts the weaker prem teams teams, early carling cup games etc - but i've never been to such games.

But not major Champions League matches, season openers, vs major premiership sides like Liverpoool/Arsenal/Chelsea & other major games that may pop up during a season. The pirce always goes up. I hope you & the others are clear about what goes down @ OT now..

So the price goes up....for something that they don't sell. I see.
For such matches no they aren't sold to anybody. But once you are a registerd season ticket holder or a one-united memeber (which my family is), when those games come around the price goes up.

So they do go on sale after all, make your mind up.

Clearly you dont know the is difference between anybody (the average fan), the season ticket hodlers & the one-united members.

The average fan can never get into those big games, only the STH & OUM. Their is never no sale for those big games which i'm talking about. The only sale for the STH & OUM comes if you buy alot tickets & you get a discount which is totally different topic.

So you accept that the tickets are sold, and have therefore been on sale.

If you understood why did you ask him for clarification?
All part of your master plan?

Seriously....
LOL that pic is funny.

I asked for clarification more in shock of the suggestion rather than me not being clear what he said. I see where the misunderstanding has come, i probably should have worded my shock better & added one of these (:huh::blink:)

I dont need to accept that, since i was referring specifically to big match tickets which are never on sale. Rather than other match tickets which possibly may go on sale from time to time.
