Don't think so, just remember his dive for Millwall away in the FA Cup Quarters with about ten minutes to go. It was 0-0, they got a penalty, Achterberg saved it but I never forgive.

He may have scored in the replay that they won, not sure, but I'm not that shallow that I dislike a player for scoring against us, let's be honest there wouldn't be many left for me to like!

He was lazy on the field for Liverpool whenever I watched. Just seemed a different player to the one I admired at Leeds, and the one who I believe put his heart into Australia games. He looked happy to just pick up the money and drift for large parts of his Liverpool career.

Obvious bias here, but I'd say being paranoid about getting injured again could have something to do with that. Not sure where I read/heard it, but I do recall him saying something along the lines that at one stage during his time at Liverpool.

I actually agree with this. Outside of his first season for 'pool, he was pretty lethargic on the pitch. He sure was injured/coming back from injury a lot though.

Yeah, the injuries were a factor, but being worried about getting injured is dead set the worst reason to not give 100%, you might as well still be injured if you're not going to give your all.

Partially awta. Whilst every player should be given it their all for the good of the club, by the same token, they aren't much good to club when they're injured (which unfortunately was the case during his time at 'pool :()

Still, he's a deadset champ (y)

I never said he was worried, I was more implying he was struggling to get properly match fit and was hence off the pace, FTR.
