Tranmere away to Elland Road today. Should be interesting.
**** me, I wish I was going. ****ting bricks. A win and we really are in business. But without Goodison a win there will be difficult.

Yes This Allardyce-Ferguson contrived nonsense is fairly poor and typical of the men, IMHO. Yet I can't help but think they come second to Warnock in the twattishness stakes.

Colin has spent all week defending this, in a typical the "worlds biased against me" self-pitying whining nonsense:@

He'll probably sue if it goes against him8-)

In other news, I'm nervous to ****
Ouch, what is to defend about that?!

Loving the Allardyce hate. Man is indeed one of the largest female ***ual organs in sport.

Barely been touched on that he's as bent as a nine-bob note (allegedly, etc, etc) either.
Scaly mentions in regularly tbf!

Allardyce was fuming at the way Aldo celebrated our goals in the League Cup semis in january 2000. As such, he decided then when the filth came for the league fixture the next season, he did not want to make any use of Tranmere's facilities. It was his form of protest - the players changed on the bus and they got straight onto the bus after they robbed three points.

It was all very childish and I'm glad my club rose above it all. When we played the return fixture in January 01, we arrived as early as possible, and continued to use the filth's facilities after the game for as long as was permitted. This was clearly our way of showing there were no hard feelings, and in no way should it be suggested that this was in response to fat sam's behaviour

Yeah, just meant in the last few posts starting with duffer's.

Didn't want to feel left out of a BFS hate-in.

Admirable, but think a smack in the chops would've been more succinct.

Don't really like Ferguson but I did quite enjoy his rant against Benitez because I really don't like that red faced Tomato of a man. Find it amusing how Wenger and Ferguson are almost nice to each other these days.

We can be promoted if you lose today, but would rather Bury lose as would like to see you go up even if you did fluke a point against us a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah, we did fluke a point at your place, but MacDonalds dive helped you get all three at our place, so meh. One point is probably what we deserved from both matches, just happened the wrong way round, prefer it this way as it keeps momentum at the business end.

Really nervous about today, Lincoln are in good form, and our away form has been less then stellar recently. Shame in an odd way that Bradford, Shrews and Chesterfield have been quite so poor recently, because it keeps our next two opponents in with a shout of the play-offs, they both really should be out of it. Would of liked two matches against teams with nowt to play for, thanks.

Agree with that, surprised Aldo never did actually given the contempt those two had for each other. He was never shy of a punch or two our Aldo, whacked Theo Zagorakis on the touchline at Wembley in 2000 yet somehow never got brought to quarters for it.

Yeah Rotherham is an especially difficult one but I still think you will just about do it, would not fancy the play-off, Chesterfield have to be favourites (we are always in the same division so it would be wrong if they didn't). Rochdale are obviously incapable of promotion.

Its actually at Brighton, would be more of a surprise if they didn't win, we have won for ages and have nothing to play for.

Probably greyhound-gate lot of talk about Sheridan losing the players after that and of course Lee Hughes left (probably from the fall out from that). Haven't won since Royle took over. Also we suck at home

And you haven't won in nine.

Not going our way at the top of League Two right now with Brentford, Bury and Wycombe all winning - and City being in debt to our keeper that we're still on terms at Sincil Bank.

Long way to go yet...
