A bit late, but Hargreaves, Tevez, PJS, Ferdinand and Anderson all had awesome games for Man U.
Hargreaves was ace, switched over after ten minutes not knowing the teams and I initially thought it was Ronaldo bombing down the right.

Not convinced about Anderson just yet, seems a bit superfluous for me but it’s only his first season. Probably needs to stop making porn films as well.

Anderson had a brilliant start to his career at OT, he's slowed down a bit lately though (I thought he was OK against Roma personally, nothing more though). That said, he's still been a revelation given no-one expected him to be playing many games aside from the League Cup, and he's got the potential to be a genuine great IMO.

In other news, Wenger has come out with possibly his most hilarious interview for a while, genuine LOL stuff some of what he was saying on SSN.

If i wanted, could get tickets for the Nou Camp but not OT because I should be, and my dad definately is, on the list for Euro away tickets because we've travelled with the club before. The demands never overly high so anyone who's been to an Euro away over the last 2 seasons shouldnt have a problem getting a ticket (dads been to 3 or 4 this year, same last year, so he'd easily enough get 2 tickets.... anyways his mates go to them all, so if needs for Moscow i could get a ticket through them being priority on the list). However not planning on going Barca due to the fact dad doesnt get back from Vegas untill the afternoon of the match!

Dont like the North stand personally, usually sat there when i get a spare ticket for the match, good view but the atmosphere isnt the greatest (that and the fact were sat back row of 2nd tier, though the security box is behind us, so we get good views of replays). Nothing beats the Stretford End for atmosphere, especially on a European night (was right behind the goal the night Forlan broke his duck for us. Crackin moment). Old Scoreboard end is usually alright n all. Never been in the family stand in my life.
How is K-Stand?

K Stand = Old Scoreboard End.

Not as vocal as it used to be, most have moved their season tickets to the Stretford End. Only been in there on Carling Cup nights (which are fun when they give out the entire top tier to away fans), though on league games our seats, whilst North stand, are in line with the goal at that end.

Good bit of business for both sides and it likes like finally Inter have a replacement for Figo. Although it looks like a exodus is starting to happen to Arsenal (Flamini almost certain gone) ATM.

Really??

If true that's a terrible piece of business for Le Arse, he's fundamental to their style of play. 11 mill seems fairly cheap, for a player of his class.

I think he meant for Helb and Inter, not Arsenal and Inter.

Btw just read that Ronaldinho has agreed to terms with Milan. No transfer price has been set between Barca and Milan though.

Oh ok. Someone on a United board I'm on is a season ticket holder there and she usually has a good time.

So do the CDMs actually ever want to win anything or what?

I'm quite happy for them to keep being also-rans of course.

Thats a solid link though if you can get to go to the nou camp, but due to my sceptical beliefs of having a racial confrontation in countries like spain, italy etc & the fact that i have exams coming up i wouldn't consider going at all.

Word out, but alot of hooligans are over there most of the time though although security is tight. The North stand has the fan zone though, last year when Chelsea drew 1-1 here Cantona & Sir Bob Charlton came in to sign autographs, plus the best birds are in the north stand all adds up to a very sophisticated enviroment.

And they reckon Manchester's the 2nd city. Ha.
Not funny at all, how could OT not get an ashes test is beyond me especially given what has occured in recent Ashes contest on the ground. Giving a test (the opening test) to cardiff is a total disgrace IMO.

In all fairness, historically there's never been much rivalry between Everton and Liverpool, it's only really since Heysel that there's been much of a rivalry.

Shame Bolton won today, would be a sad day for football if they stayed up.

I think you're overstating the lack of rivalry there - it's always been termed the friendly derby and you're right that post-Heysel, things have intensified. But if you go back, derby day has always been massive, it's just that you get a lot of families with red and blue in. My Dad is a red, has two sons, one blue and me, White.

WOuld be tragic if Bolton stayed up. Hate them more than anything.

Fair dos, not having actually experienced a Merseyside derby back in the day, I'm only going on hearsay, so you're better placed to comment. I don't doubt it's always been a massive fixture, however I'd always thought that the rivalry was a friendly one rather than one of genuine hatred.
