Classic "make-up" penalty from Dowd, in the Spurs match, Looks like they'll walk it from now on.

Edit: wrong again, Spurs are SO funny

In other news, Jack Hobbs makes his debut for the 'pool:blink:

Neil or Hakon, in what division is Havant and Waterlooville in, you know the team that beat Notts County 1-0?

Harrogate Railway in Italian terms?
Serie F2, Girone Nord-Nord.

Having said that, the Italians begin with regional groups at Serie C level, and Serie E actually doesn't exist. I merely added on a couple of letters because England have 4 professional nationwide leagues.

west ham whwere unlucky not to get a point from that game, hiot the wood work late.

hobb sreplaced carragher in around the 58th minute. played well and he has been a gun in the fm series lol

go the reds with a solid 4 - 0 diusplay. have reading this weekend but our big test and i think this will save rafa is our game v marseille. i think he should say but i have heard they are calling for him to be sacked, no idea why, sitting ok in the epl with a game in hand and starting to really play good football .

Torres is starting to open teams up which is good stuff.

tbh I dont have much sympathy for benitez, i think he's a good coach, but to spend in excess of £30million in the summer then whinge about not having enough to spend in the january window is pretty stupid, esspecially considering that Arsenal are top of the league having spent a fraction of the amount Liverpool have.

Well i think its safe to say that the Celtic v AC Milan match this morning will probably be the worst game of football i'll ever see. At the very least, the worst half of football i'll ever see. But hey, we qualified. Nuts to quality football.:p

tbh although i'm glad celtic went through, i'm sure most of the big teams in the competition are as well, I mean, I know i'd rather go off up to Scotland and play Celtic rather than travel huge distances to Ukraine and back, playing in difficult conditions etc...

fair play to celtic and well done, but as soon as they come up against a serious contender, theyre out.

Having said that, they can beat anyone at home on their day so it's just a matter of how many they conceded home and away that might make the difference.

Barney Rubble

International Coach
For completely no reason, a word perhaps for the team who've just completed ten games unbeaten? Admittedly I'd rather we hadn't had our most successful start to a season in about a million years while I'm out of the country, but I think Harry, dodgy **** that he is, deserves a hell of a lot of credit for getting us where he has done.

I've barely seen us play all season - can anyone fill me in on what our football's been like?

I always thought those Barcodes had at least one more good performance in them this season, very glad it was tonight. :)

Still, if I were an Arsenal fan (and I thank God every day I'm not ;)) I wouldn't be too worried once the dust has settled - the facts are that games are now even and they're four points clear at the top. If you'd offered Arsene and the boys that in August, they would have snapped your hand off and swallowed it whole.

It's going to be a cracker of a season. :)
