Yet by the same token it was lenient as 2 years is the norm for a first offence...

Don't see why Gerrard can't work on the right, although i agree he is not the best natural option on the right available when you look at how well he played their vs Barcelona in Europe as a fan you love to see him do the same for England.

The likes of Beckham (who should be back in the side come year end IMO) could come & add his set-piece expertise or Lennon could come on & run down some defenders depending on the game situation.

Can't believe people are still advocating playing Gerrard wide right after his performances there for Liverpool tbh.

By the sounds of it we're really playing some top stuff atm, hope Neville's injury isn't serious though - we can ill afford to lose him now.

Saw it on Football First, was a great kick. Couldn't have been a more awkward one for Foster, it bounced completely out of his height-reach and he never had a chance to save it after that.
