That option's not available on cable, unfortunately. Should be able to get it on the radio though.

Durham not only losing wickets but way behind the required rate. Singles are no good, even twos are barely enough.

Now I don't want to knock down the England Cricket Feeder System (ie Irish cricket players) but am I alone in wondering about the legitimacy of Boyd Rankin's action?
Had never really occurred to me before, I have to say. Won't be the dodgiest action on show tonight at any rate.

Trott lining up Wright now.

Hamilton-Brown comes on and removes the 2 set batsmen in his first 3 balls.
Frost and Trott both gone!

The world's poshest man seems to have done the trick. Crashingly good chap, our Rory.

Weirdly bats with specs but bowls without them.

It does seem daft that Lancashire and Somerset, on the reserve day of their T20 quarter-final, have to wait until 5.30 p.m. before deciding whether they can play. I know it's easier for most people to watch then, but perhaps if they'd tried to start earlier they might have got 40 overs in by now. Nothing to do with Sky either, for once, as they were going to show the Northants- Hants game today anyway.

Semi-final draw:

Lancs/Somerset v Kent

N'hants/Hants v Sussex

Pretty much pissed it down all day, no chance of play. Wouldn't hold out much hope for tomorrow either, will probably be a bowl off.

Looks like im gonna have to change my plans for the weekend as well, was going to go to the roses game on saturday but the weather forecast makes it look like sunday is a much better option.

Ah that's a shame, the forecast for the south isn't too bad tomorrow. Pity they can't just shift it to Taunton (or a neutral ground). I know there would be a lot to organise, but there does sometimes seem to be rather a lack of flexibility in these things.
