*Official* England in South Africa

SA looking very good imo. No surprise that Smith & Kallis are a class apart, nor that our bowlers weren't quite good enough to make full use of conditions. Either way, that's at least one wicket short of what England needed on this pitch.

I don't think my wife is happy, all day watching cricket and now most of the night:ph34r:
It was perfect last week when stumps were called in Perth, the morning session in Centurion started.

I'm just glad Steyn made it today. Nothing personal against de Wet - I just really like Steyn.

Onions being left to watch the nothing bowling from the weaker seamers yet again. Should have been on straight after lunch.

Yes, the sort of player people will pay to watch:)

Following on TMS (round mother's for yuletide sans Sky), but they seem to reckon Smith might've got a little tickle on the Swann LBW shout?

Bottom edge, according to Cricinfo.

Can't believe Onions hasn't had a look in yet after lunch.

Dire captaincy from Strauss; superfluous use of part timers IMO.

Fitting that Onions comes on the same end as Trott. Don't see why those four overs were necessary, unless Strauss wants Onions using the older ball in the evening session.

Both Smith and de Villiers' career averages always take me by surprise when I see them. I swear they should be 2-3 runs per wicket higher.
