England gonna go past 400. How embarrassing.
Not to long ago, you could make a strong argument for banning sides from odi cricket for conceding close to 400 against England, but this is a cracking limited overs batting line up,

Where is my boy Shamsi?

Not a fan of dropping Taylor at all. Understand we now have lots of bowling options but he is such a good ODI bat.
You can see why though, if Root did not exist then Taylor would be a key player but with him there you are always going to question if they need Taylor as well.

Not in the squad. playing momentum cup games for the titans. Don't think SA will pick two spinners in SA and will stick with tahir.

It's incredible that England are still paying 1.32. Ab factor plus people just fearing anything is chaseable nowadays.

Amazing the turn-around in our limited overs fortunes. Wasn't long ago we were thinking Who TF do we pick? because there was hardly anyone decent to choose from, now we think the same because we've suddenly got lots of options. A lot of people can be considered unlucky not to play. Broad sitting on watching too.

Jos not really been in prime form for him, but still pretty damn good.

Yeah, for all the talk of change of mindset the biggest thing is we just have the players now, there were some indications in the domestic game that this might be happening (obviously Morgan and Buttler were already around) but the way it has translated to this level has been pretty great.

Good thing about these chases, market assumes sides will chase anything, hoping for a quick QDK cameo before I bet England.

England won't make more than 350, 360 - I think there'll be a reversal of the 1st NZ ODI last summer - blistering middle period, then a wobble of wickets and England will tail off. Would love to see a big, big score, but I need convincing.

EDIT: ****

Ya (assuming England crosses 370) best time for betting against SA will be if they go really well in the first 10 overs and the odd comes somewhat close to 2. But at 1.33 now I won't take it.

Yeah, but 350 is still a big, big score. Would be one of the biggest successful chases of all time still.

Not a really smart/necessary shot from Morgan but suppose the attitude had gotten us 256 off 34.4 so hard to be to critical.
