Actually two where first choice and recovered from injury (QDK and Abbott), Piedt over Morris is that they don't need a 4 pace attack at centurion. and Then the final two of Duminy and Cook. Faf terrible form and Cook should have been playing last test.. So in effect there is two changes based on form in the team..

JP is the only slightly iffy selection, but it was about time Faf got dropped.

Probably would have stuck with Du Plessis over Duminy if it were up to me.

They have also had far more injuries... With the loss of Steyn, QDK, Abbott caused many of those changes... Other wise you would be looking closer to 14 players... for the "transitional" side.... hate that word!

Cook will be extremely nervous. Having your debut at the end of the season puts a lot of pressure on the two innings he will have. Not to mention opening on day 1.
