Now for few months of away from watching ball by ball cricket I guess, much needed. After a high profile series like this thanks to England and bazzball for the excitement no disrespect to Sri Lanka but don't think I'll be up for the Sri Lanka series and the second XI games in Pakistan. Unless of course Sri Lanka plays a different brand of cricket this time around and make it exciting.

Jeez has a cricketer ever had a worse 24 hours than Bracewell from late day 4? Embarrassing run out, 2 dropped catches and bowled dreadfully in favourable conditions.
The good thing is we won. No one will the remember the misses unless of course we had lost it. There'll be massive noise tonight as bracewell will get home and it'll be heard through out the town. That'll be Bracewell's sigh of relief.

Feel for the guy at least on the bowling front, as a specialist bowler he's being called upon to do a job that's above his station. Batting wise he just doesn't seem to give himself a chance most of time, yesterday for example was the perfect opportunity to get some relatively easier runs against a tiring attack. Can see the rationale for him as a no.7 though.
