Why do you mention? D'you want me to include all games of cricket for and against all teams he's ever opened in too?

Vincent against Test-class teams has an average as an opener of 29-30, and just 22 in all innings after his first two as an opener.

Yeah, broke his thumb during that 86 (think it was one that spat from Flintoff), so batted at nine in the second-innings (would have been better served staying in the pavilion really). Seem to recall him being dropped early\midway through that 86 too.

All the same, I do find it exceptionally odd that he's played just those 8 games when 7 of them were against South Africa, and 4 of those were on exceptionally sporting surfaces, while the other 3 were his debut series. Seems to have got a very harsh deal to me, especially when you consider the countless non-specialist openers - and Jamie How, and Cumming - who've been picked ahead of him.

Why not? He's still been more successful (with more hundreds and 50's) than any other NZ opener of recent time, the point I am making.

Haven't a clue, TBH, know next to nothing about the whole thing. Just presumed the pic was labelled correctly and 16toS knew what he was avataring. :ph34r:
