1) With the advent of two new balls in an ODI batting in the 1st ten overs has become much more difficult.
2) Chasing this total we can afford to just see off Anderson here.

If he can't run he needs to retire hurt and try to come back in later when the field is back and he can take easy singles.

And he and Steyn are the most durable fast bowlers in the world at the moment. Just proves it's not all about pumping iron and lifting heavy weights.
