One benefiting of always dead batting the ball is that it makes the slips come in closer than they would be otherwise, which means things like this can fly quickly to the fielder.

God our slip catching is horrible. Don't have faith in Taylor or McCullum either. So important.

Wow, I don't know if I've felt lower as an NZ fan this season than when that second catch went down. At least with 45ao gate there was a grim humour to it. That was just awful.

Why have we suddenly become such a crap fielding (catching) team? Really don't get it..... this really hurts......
