There needs to be a name for the period from around 75 overs ahead of the second new ball, when lower order players get toey and feel like they need to get their runs now. The 'near death' or similar

Southee 5th on the all time list for hitting sixes in test cricket, that's surprising but not as surprising as Kallis being 4th.
