And runs people out for fun, for that matter.

Oh goodness, Tait can't even go through a single match. This is great.

Looks like Tait's injured here too.

Looks like a groin injury. Fmd this is laughable. Last man standing gets a WC spot!!

Remind me how Botham as captain please.

I'd rather our captain not be a man who uses the referral system at any opportunity in any case
Alright take out the captain bit then, keep a man who can't buy a run and has the tactical nouse of door knob.

There goes Taity.... So at this rate by the time the worldcup comes around we probably would have to put together virtually a new squad of 15 together.

Frustrating. Tait has bowled perhaps 20 overs in the past 6 months, and it was a risky ask for him to be playing ODI's again.

Need some fit bowlers.

You said the missing bowlers would have made no difference.

We had Australia 146-8 (ish).

Our top-class spinner isn't playing.

You were, therefore, wrong.

NB - the batting should be criticised, but you seem to think that this one match writes us off for the WC. Laughable.

My Observations were based on more than two matches though, one of which Swann played.

As for the bowling, If you have two bowlers missing they have two batsman missing too.

And what i was saying was that the bowling in any case had done real well today ,and specially Shehzad and Tremlett and i doubt Broad and Anderson would have done better than get Australia to a situation of 146 - 8

England could still get back into this one. Seem to bat competently all the way down the order.

Stunning recovery from Australia from 4-40 though, what an innings from Marsh. Should be favourites to get the job done here.
