International Coach
More thinking it shows how poor a selection Dussey was tbh. He's done nothing of note since originally being dropped in 2009. Now he's suddenly back in the picture, and has been picked ahead of players who have not only previously done more than Dave on the international front, but have been in far better domestic form.
What exactly have Clarke, Ponting and Paine done to be considered..!? Dussey along with Hodge has been the best LO batsman in Oz for a long time now, its true he isn't in the greatest form at present but the sub-continental conditions are pretty suited to his style, therefore he is hardly a bad selection.
Yeah, Marsh should have been in the squad but surely not at the cost of Dussey.

Clarke has done quite a lot.

Can't really use that line of argument to criticise Ponting and Clarke...

England need to pace themselves in the opening overs here. Tait and Lee could be very dangerous and there's no need to go hell for leather. I'd be perfectly happy with 50/1 off the first 15 overs. If anyone goes on to make a big score, we're there.

Was a bowling deck for sometime, but England did bowl pretty good. Bollinger and Darsh were able to get some respectability in the score, however.

Can't be too dissappointed with 230, but letting the 9th wicket put on 88 is somewhat irritating.
