Smith is unable to upp the RR and its time he should start hitting if he cant rotate the strike properly...

Why take Colly off was in a groove and bowling economically thus the RR was rising sharpely?

Strauss belatedly concedes your point and brings him back.

Four off his first ball. & there's Fat Gray's ton. Well played, Lard Boy. Horrible batsman to watch, but grimly effective.

Boundaries of the first ball of the three overs in a row. Great way to relieve the pressure and get 9-10 runs without too much of a risk. And another four from Smith as I am writing this. Looks like the two lives he got will be very costly.

Hmm - here comes the acceleration, and I think we're in trouble. Dunno why Strauss didn't let Colly bowl his 10 in one spell.

Smith to see them home with as many lives as it takes, I suppose - Egbaston 2008 all over again.

I am glad JP is out...he was reminding me of the T20 Semifinal against Pakistan here...

Hope Boucher can do some magic here!

Got him! Swann's arm ball removes JPD.

However Morkel likely to score rather more rapidly, so mixed feelings, tbh. Might be Boucher anyway tho, I guess.
