Blackman was incumbent for one match ... due to Pete's injury .....
Forgot Pete was injured. Makes it fairly academic now, yes?Blackman was incumbent for one match ... due to Pete's injury .....
S Young would be in front of Fitzsimmons, easily.
Wouldn't say easily. While Bosco did tail off he also had a good start to his career last season, and has played U-19 and A iirc. Hazy on the U-19 and A part
That's a bit one eyed isn't it? I could be mistaken but I'm farily sure Young was a S13 rookie. So in that time frame Gray played 39 matches and Young 40:Gray would be pretty lucky, one godly season after years of mediocrity. Still, is an issue.
J Gray:
S13 1181 @ 31.12
S14 1934 @ 52.27
S Young:
S13 1248 @ 33.73
S14 1877 @ 52.14
No question imo.Forgot Pete was injured. Makes it fairly academic now, yes?

Will have to wait till Monday till one pitches on TBH.An Apology
The Cricketweb Herald would like to apologise for an article printed yesterday that used the words Corrin and Sober in the same sentance. The writer will be taken outside and have cricket balls thrown at him by Heath Davis untill dead, or untill monday, whicheve is earlier
FFS missed out on an edit by 3 minutes, clearly should have said empathiseIS THIS CORRIN?
After recent allegations made against the man generally described as the "Sobers of CWLand" Martyn Corrin had gone into hiding. However, our sources believe we may have spotted him today, in disguise:
It is not clear whether Corrin (if it is indeed him) was wearing the mask to hide from the press, or to cover his facial hair which CW Black skipper Dan Smith is believed to have made fun of in a recent memo. If it is the latter, he has failed in a manner which only Chris Raftery could emphasise with.
Problematic 'm' key?
