^ dont worry mate , let the selectors etc handle what we have to do and just stay focussed on your cricket and your buildup towards the 2nd test. I know you might want to have a say but there is a certain structure running and there is a good bunch of people on the panel and board that have been on the job for long so obviously they have a good vision in mind with us continuing to progress..

cloete i understand what your saying but is this going to improve the team by putting there best batsmen lower than 5 or 6????

It's only Bangladesh.. not taking them lightly but we have to start bringing in new players eventually. It just seems best to do it on this tour! And after all the batting from the last test I think I'm in great form and I'd get a few runs down the order if I need to save us, which is quite unlikely.

But at the end of the day I'm not too concerned... and the selectors are doing a top job. Which is evident due to the fact that I haven't yet been needed as the "Extra" Panel Member.

Coaches Comments : Absolutely shocking.. i hope you guys were'nt drinking before the game .. i dont really know what to say , we looked top on our game in the 1st test, but our batting failed to fire in this test, which is the key to many of our successes in tests. Dont let your game down however, this is life in the international areana, and look forward to winning the 3rd test.!

Well that's Bangladesh's first Test win and a pathetic showing from us. As a selector I take some responsibility for obviously not getting the formula right, but there is also much blame on the personal contribution and commitment of certain members of the side.

Not at all - he had his time on the panel, didn't take part in the discussion at all and was duely discarded.

The panel doesn't use outsiders in any selection debates.

As far as I know, we don't use the tour-by-tour rep... Can't remember us having used it...

We sort of forgot about that rule and why Sangrah was on the panel (at least I did) - therefore, when he became inactive, we picked Cloete, who was inactive...any other suggestions for TBT reps?
