I must say, Vancouver is very beautiful, infact entire B.C is. I had chance to to cross the border in 1999 (used to live in Washington) and it was amazing.

It is indeed, rated # 3 in the world after Zurich and Geneva

..although an anti-climax, Vancouver offers more jobs than the traditional toronto where everyone wants to settle. M.Soft opening up a development centre soon in my neigborghood as well

Yes. But in 1998-1999 I was in Northwest for six months, One of the most memorable time of my life.

My brother might move to Philly next year. If that happens, I'll be visiting him from time to time. It will be good meeting up with you if I'm there.
