Cricketweb Premiership Gameday 3

Central United vs Northside Power
at Twybridge Road

Central United hostest the Northside Power in the opening day of Gameday 3, with the Power looking for their opening points of the season and United looking to stay unbeaten..

Western Dynamo vs East Coast Fury
at Pickford Park

One vs Two on the Table took on each other at Pickford Park. The Question being how would the Fury defence, which hadn't conceded a goal in their opening 2 games, match up against the best attack in the league?

Island Swell vs Southern Stallions
at Clowich Stadium

The Swell Hosted the Stallions in a match where the Stallions had to perform to keep in touch with the leaders in the early stages of the season.

I guess thats an improvement, we only lost 2-0 and it wasn't untiil the 72nd minute they scored against us. A bit worry that the only thing our players did all game was foul the opp. Hopefully Pete injury isn't too bad.

Our defence is so good Northerns didn't even manage to get a shot at goal which helped me, disappointed that Cloete would resort to spitting though. Good win, let's use the momentum for next week.

With Kennett playing its like having Henry or someone of the like playing in the A League. Hes gun lol.

Very quiet game by myself . Goffy also had a lean game. Hopefully we can lift and get the 3 points next time we come up against team Kennett.

Extremely pleased with our efforts here boys. Everyone played their role and did it well (except me ). 3 clean sheets on the tort, now we face Kennett and Goughy over the next few weeks. Could be extremely difficult, but I'm sure we'll come through unscathed.

In other news, I apoligize to Sriram. Don't know how I managed to not play him, but I did. :|

Not a single shot, why the hell were we even on the park?

well a draw hey western boys, better than a loss but against ten men we should have come away with the win. best attack in the comp. boys on fire although i had a relatively quiet game.

There wasn't much else to do TBH.

Really disgraceful performance from the Power. Totally agree with Trav. The only plus is keeping it relatively tight at the back, but had we been shooting and keeping the ball we could have kept a clean sheet IMO.
