Apparently Botham was there. Poor bastard will be getting the spliffs out again after viewing that.

I once saw Stokes repeatedly refuse to sign a Durham shirt for some poor kid. One of the most off putting things I've seen at a cricket ground actually.

There's a fair chance he might be prohibited from doing so by the ECB. Signed goods end up trading for decent money on ebay, and people aren't above sending their kids in to get autographs knowing a player will be more inclined to sign for 5 year old Billy. The other issue is these shirts don't carry any guarantee of authority, and the ECB won't want too many unwarranted items on the market because it can lead to forgeries.
The ECB almost certainly donate (rather than sell) a significant number of signed, authenticated goods to charities to auction on, allowing players to sign anything devalues these whilst increasing risks of poor imitations.

Its an even bigger issue in football terms, and Man Utd players actually get fined by the club if they are caught signing things they shouldn't, especially shirts (think they can scribble on paper, but not official club merchandise)

No, he was just being a wanker. The kid definitely wasn't an ebayer. Not sure Stokes was on a central contract then either.

Pujara's strike rate in ODs is just something to marvel.

Shame on Somerset also for not giving Renshaw a chance to blast some ****ers over the fence.

Just realised there is a tour match between a rather disappointing looking Leicestershire and Pakistan.

This Collingwood has been watching too much IPL. If Narine, can shine as an opener, why not me too?
At 40 odd years' old, why not try something new as an opener? Who cares if we have a proper international opener (Latham) in our team? He can play at five. Pringle? Bits and pieces player playing at seven-ish? Stick him in at first drop!!
