Dire IMO. I'll be blaming you if it happens. Pretty much the worst thing you can when watching the cricket IMO.
Yeah bloody dire thing to say, but as Anil is an Indian fan he probably knows that's his team's only way of registering some points in this series.

Yeah, TBH, my post was more scathing than I intended it to be, but my true feelings on the matter came out. People praying for rain in the cricket just for the benefit of the team they're following pisses me off like nothing else. Escaping games you should lose due to the rain does not make you a better team or come with any glory - it's just arsey and it shouldn't be celebrated or wished for, IMO.

Haha, tell you what, though; you never saw so many people happily pay 60 quid to see not one minute of play at the Oval Ashes Test 2005. :D

Superb ton. Anyone want to admit they were wrong about his selection?

Awesome partnership really, one the best I've seen in recent times.

Fantastic effort from Ghambir & Dhoni, 100 in the last 10 overs is excellent, as was their partnership in general, 182, to get India to 4/267.

No, he didn't deserve the selection but now he's made the most of the chance and may begin to actually earn his spot in the side. Just like Karthik didn't deserve a shot as test opener but he made it his position to lose.

That's the best I've seen Gautam play. Game on big time IMO. If we start well with the ball we can put the squeeze on the Lankans.

Praying the rain stays away.
