That's not a bad approach imo.I think if I were a T20 coach I would teach my players to think about 3 ball blocks - rather than thinking about an over at a time. Too much seems to happen over 6 balls.
As a batsman you don't really want to face 3 dot balls in a row.
And as a bowler and fielding captain you can predict a batsman's approach based on the last couple of deliveries.

Depends on how you define it; I think it keeps a match more interesting if a par score on the wicket ends up being 120/7 or so rather than a runfest.it seems like 75% of T20 pitches are illsuited to T20
