Bit of a worry how such a crucial decision at that time of the game can be completely ****ed up by the umpires considering all the technology.

It says a lot about the general intelligence level of people who become umpires that they routinely do stupid **** like this that everyone else watching can plainly see is ****ing dumb

Excellent knock from Vince - such a talented player who should have had a better international career.

As for the Stars, I struggle with their overseas choices. Clarke isn't a good enough keeper and Luke Wood isn't the best death bowler either.

There's always a few genuinely terrible English domestic trundlers that inexplicably get a run in the Big Bash, Luke Wood is just one in a long line

It's only a wide if he doesn't hit it (which he didn't, but they think he did) so it shouldn't have been called a wide
This is always a thing in club cricket. The laws as written say anything over head height is a no ball. So you can have a swing, get caught at fine leg and be okay. It's the playing regulations that overturn this and say anything over head height should be a wide.

What club cricket? Not any that I've played. It's only a no-ball if it's the 3rd for the over. Over head height is a wide.

He is right it's written in the laws (21.10), although why is a good question, because it has never, ever actually been applied that way.

Hopefully further than he can run because that’s ****ing pathetic.

Is he stoned or something? Just a terrible performance. Didn’t even put in

Didn't see tonights performance but have noticed previously he's very slow in the field. Can't catch either.

It’s like there’s something about the shape or dimensions of the ground which has completely thrown the running equilibrium of the batsmen off
