The mediocrity of this competition is genuinely the highlight of the summer. You can watch a game almost every night and legit think you’d add something to either side.

This Noor Ahmed fella is incredibly easy to pick out of the hand. That they aren't picking it tells me that at no stage are they even considering trying to.

It's become a joke. IMO they need to stop drawing so much attention to these fake ages because it takes away from their skills and performance as a player. For years Rashid Khan was just that "lol they say he's 16 what a joke" guy rather than "he's a really good bowler" guy.

No one here was ever on that train though. We all thought it was remarkable work for a middle aged guy with 3 kids, a mortgage and monthly alimony payments.

Well he's no Ben Manenti. I don't think you need to be anything special in this comp, although being better than Blake Dean is a good start.
