I've been in situation like that a couple of months back. I was running in from the boundary to take a catch. Half a second before taking it, a team mate crossed my line. I hadn't called it, as I didn't even realise he was trying to catch it too. Thta happens, when keeping your eyes on the ball.....

Wonder if we are tempted by Pietersen for World T20. Almost certainly not, and we have no shortage of good batsmen to be fair.

No chance he plays for a transformation era team. Absolutely no way their board pick him.
Yes in the end KP pretty much said he left the country because of quotas, how the hell he'd get back after saying that now is pretty inconceivable.

I don't think PEWS was being serious though, but TBH it's about as serious as any suggestion of KP playing for England nowadays, it wasn't that long ago when I'd have been happy to see him play in the T20 WC, but he just keeps on slagging off England selectors and players.

We do have some options too, I mean if KP was picked ahead of James Taylor what message does that send out?

I'd rather have Root, Morgan and Buttler as our middle order than KP. Much better players.

Only way i'd pick him is as an opener over Roy, but then again I want Ali to open so we have more spin bowling.

So yeah, **** him. We don't need him.
