I forgot to say but the running between wickets from the last ball of the innings by the Gades annoyed me heaps. I can't fathom how they didn't try and go for two and the throw was slightly high too.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Literally the only reason you wouldn't run is because you want to protect your average. There's absolutely no other explanation. Undoubtedly selfish cricket.
