Oh yep, Kane will be out between 86-93 for sure.
I too expect him to breeze along at a run-a-ball making batting look incredibly easy before inexplicably getting out like he did against SL.

Though, given the diligent type Kane seems to be, he probably has that on his mind and will be determined not to repeat it.

Latham really is turning minnow bashing into an artform - he's very good, only 26 and we're lucky to have him, but right now his record is massively propped up by filling boots against Bangladesh, SL, Zimbabwe and WI to an extent that would make Martin Guptill green with envy.

His best innings against the top sides have been 80-odds, but it'd be great if he scored 100s against the likes of Eng, SA, Aus and India for sure.

There were also a couple of excellent hundreds in the UAE vs Pakistan in 2014
His first hundred against WI shouldn't be discarded either. Was an important innings scored against a good opposition attack in foreign conditions.

He never got a hundred against WI in WI. Got a few 80's in that series though. His first hundred was vs PAK in UAE.

Yeah the hundreds against Pakistan in 2014 were good and so were his innings on the 2014 tour of WI (83, 72, 82 though no hundred), just hasn't scored any hundreds in difficult conditions for a while - the closest his 83 vs England last summer.

After filling up on minnow bowling this summer, he's imo due on our difficult tours of SL and Australia later in the year. Taylor too, for that matter.

Another failure for Ross. You never want to write him off, but he's been short of test standard for quite a while now.

Woo! Soumya Sarkar: nine overs, two wickets and Mahmudullah: one over, one wicket. Just play eleven batsmen, I say.
