The pitch was absolute belter with some grass left on it but we would have lost it probably. Could have been an interesting chase though but anyways a series in SL without a match washing out would be surprising. Hope weather stays fine in Colombo for the final match.

Shakib Al Hasan to Chandimal, 1 run, OUT, the bat was plonked inside but he lifted it even as both feet were in the air when the bails were dislodged. Excellent throw from the deep point by Taskin, smart work from Mushfiqur. Very poor from Chandimal. Could have so easily just stretched back in. He was ambling down the crease this time. Bangladesh can't believe their luck. Third umpire S Ravi had a look at multiple replays, weighed his options and made the correct decision. Even though he was technically inside the crease, at the point of the bails coming off, both bat and feet were in the air. Rules state that is out.

Our T20 squad has been announce and I like it. Glad to see that Mendis has been left out as have long felt personally that trying to adapt to T20 is affecting he and De Silva's abilities in the longer formats and they should get those sorted first then look atT20. Only change I would have made is drop Tharanga for Weerakody and get Malinga to captain the side..

BD has been very mediocre in t20s. SL favorite to take us down. I dont think its time for Saifuddin yet to be included in any squad. We are searching for pace bowling all rounder but he's very raw indeed.

good win to chase down a decent score..malinga is still raw considering he is just coming back from injury but I am sure the IPL will help him get back to full fitness.
