It's going to be so harsh on one of Umesh and Ishant to make way for Bumrah. You have to go purely by the eye test because they all have such awesome numbers.
But Bumrah simply has to play when he's fit, his spells in the WI were pure poetry and far better batsmen would have struggled to survive. Shami brings something unique in terms of his reverse swing, and being a threat with the new ball and the older one with his skiddy trajectory. I would play Umesh at home since he seems to be able to swing the SG ball nicely and Ishant overseas, where he will keep things quiet even if there isn't much happening and a partnership develops against the older ball.
